Bo & Freddie's Pups - 6 Weeks Old Today

Week Six — Bo & Freddie's Puppies

Six weeks old and these puppies are absolutely coming into their own. The puppy room is noisier, busier and more entertaining than ever.

Here is what has been happening this week…

• The puppies have really found their voices this week, the barking, yipping and chattering is in full swing and we are absolutely loving every second of it

• More families came to visit this week , with one more visit to come, the excitement is building and it is so lovely to see these puppies being adored by the people who will be taking them home

• Nails trimmed again this week, our weekly routine keeping everyone comfortable

• The puppies have been wormed again today, health care very much on track

• Play between the puppies is really ramping up, they are chasing, tumbling and wrestling each other all day long and it is the most entertaining thing to watch

• Bo is naturally feeding less frequently now as the puppies become more independent, she is very much enjoying having a little more time and space to herself and she has absolutely earned it

• Coordination and agility are coming on enormously, these puppies are quick, clever and getting into absolutely everything

• Grooming brushes have been introduced this week, getting them comfortable with being brushed from an early age makes such a difference for their future grooming appointments

• The puppies are spending more time away from Bo and growing in confidence and independence every single day

• Appetite is increasing as they move further from Bo's milk, mealtimes are very enthusiastic

• All puppies are gaining weight well and thriving

• They are becoming more curious and bold when exploring new things, that classic Cockapoo adventurous spirit is very much switched on

• Their awareness of their surroundings is really developing, reacting to movement, sounds and faces in a way that is just wonderful to see

Six weeks old and what an incredible journey it has been so far. Just two weeks to go until these puppies begin the next chapter of their lives and they are going to be absolutely ready
