Cocker Spaniel: Affectionate, cheerful, and eager to please, with a curious, busy nature from their gundog roots. Generally great with children and other pets, and respond best to gentle, positive training. Cockapoo: Friendly and highly sociable, combining the Poodle's intelligence with the Cocker Spaniel's loving nature. Usually good with children, other dogs, and often cats too. Please note: breed traits are a helpful guide, but a puppy's temperament is also shaped by socialisation, training, and their new home environment as they grow, your lifestyle and consistency play a big part in the dog they become.

Depending on who the parents are between 12/14 inches in height and 5-10kg in weight

Every litter is different, the colours and markings available will depend on the parent combination, so we'd always recommend checking the individual litter details once a pregnancy is announced.

Cockapoo: 1 - ½ hours a day. Cocker Spaniel: 1-2 hours a day which can be split into several walks

No - because our puppies go to homes across the country and different vets use different vaccination brands and schedules, I don’t get first vaccinations done as it may not be compatible

Yes - by law all puppies must be microchipped before leaving the breeder

In the home

From birth I handle every pup daily, and from around 3 weeks (once eyes and ears open) I introduce varied surfaces, low-level household/external sounds, novel objects, and short separations to build early independence. Weeks 4–8 are the critical socialisation window: pups meet a variety of people, sounds, surfaces, and objects, alongside daily handling that mirrors vet and grooming routines. Socialisation continues gently right up until they go to their new homes

Your position on the waiting list determines your choice - the earlier you're on the list, the more puppies you'll have to choose from

Yes - once the puppies are born and you're offered a pup (if you're not already on the advance waiting list), a £200 holding fee is required to secure your place. This fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, due to a number of time wasters over the years, this fee is necessary to demonstrate genuine commitment to giving one of our puppies a forever home.

Due to time wasters, the waiting list only opens once a pregnancy has been confirmed. All updates are posted to the website blog (where you can subscribe to receive them) and on our social media pages.

Once I have an approximate litter size from a scan, I open the waiting list to a limited number of spaces based on that estimate.

All puppies will be microchipped, have 4 or 5 weeks of free insurance, a veterinary health check with certificate, a week’s supply of food, a piece of vet bed with mum and siblings’ scent, and a comprehensive puppy pack including copies of health certificates and lots of useful information.

Puppy visits will be made once pups are 5-6 weeks of age

No, because this is my family home, visits are arranged once puppies are around 5–6 weeks old and the full address is only shared 24 hours before your scheduled visit. To protect the privacy and security of my family, our mums, and our pups, I do require the holding fee to be paid before visit details are released. Unfortunately, after a significant number of time wasters over the years, this step is necessary to confirm commitment before welcoming anyone into our home.
